Meet Pauline

Pauline Leung · Founder & Coach
Body-Oriented Coach

I grew up in Hong Kong, in a family where care began in the kitchen. My Po Po, my grandmother, made ginger tea before anyone felt ill. She never waited for the problem. She tended the conditions. Food as medicine, and attention as love. I didn't know it then, but that was my first training in what I do now.

Rediscovering my voice

In my twenties I was a confident speaker and community leader. Then I moved to the UK, and somewhere in the unfamiliar, I went quiet. Self-doubt in a new culture has a way of shrinking a person.

Coaching is what brought me back. It helped me reconnect with my strengths, rewrite the story I was telling myself, and reclaim my voice. Today I coach professionals around the world and lead global sessions with ease. Not because the doubt never returns, but because I learned confidence is not fixed. It is something we can grow back, stronger than before.

That journey is why I understand, from the inside, what it is to navigate a new culture, a shifting identity, or the feeling of being unseen.

How I work

As a Body-Oriented Coach, trained in nervous system regulation. I blend evidence-based coaching with somatic practice, so change is both felt and usable.

I work mostly by partnering with you to explore through questions, experiments, and what people tell me afterwards is that the answers were already in them.

You leave each session with something you can use that week.

I work especially with neurodivergent professional, often diagnosed later in life, learning to work with their mind rather than against it, more than 500 of my hours have been with neurodivergent clients. And the East and Southeast Asian woman, navigating identity, visibility, and belonging in professional spaces where she has often had to translate herself first. As a trilingual coach in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and co-founder of ESEA Cambridge, this work is close to my heart.

My journey to here

Before EarthGlow, I spent fifteen years in learning and development, employee experience, and change management, designing and delivering global programmes . I've delivered over 2,000 coaching hours and worked with more than 450 individuals worldwide, through career transitions, neurodiversity, and confidence.

I hold an ICF PCC credential, an ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring, and a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism.

Why I built EarthGlow?

I believe confidence is a form of self-trust, and that we find it not by pushing harder, but by slowing down enough to hear what we already know.

EarthGlow is where my two worlds meet. The seasonal wisdom of my heritage, and the body-based coaching of my profession. Gatherings where women work with their hands and drink whole-leaf tea. One-to-one coaching for those in the middle of something. And wellbeing brought into workplaces that want their people to feel, not just cope.

Everything begins the way my Po Po taught me. With care, before anything is wrong. And always, with a cup of tea.

Write to me. I read everything myself.
