English Teacher – ADHD & Routine Building

I gained valuable insight into how I should work through my feelings when I do not meet my high expectations and how to build a plan B, C etc.

I required support to manage my ADHD at work and also in my personal life - eg building daily routines and sticking to them. Through coaching I gained valuable insight into how I should work through my feelings when I do not meet my high expectations and how to build a plan B, C etc. I enjoyed the relaxed style of coaching that Pauline offered over the last 6 months, I felt I led the sessions and we really looked at what I would find realistic and useful.

I have learnt through coaching that I can be very harsh on myself and need to build in times for rest rather than viewing my procrastination as rest as it is not because I am still worrying about the job that needs to be done. Instead I need to build manageable goals.
